Costs associated with the capital construction of the ski area

This thesis deals with the analysis and creation of budget indicators for costs associated with capital construction of the ski areas. The first part is aimed at clarifying the basic concepts of this topic, especially capital projects, prices, costs and creating budgets. The second part contains a summary of all permits required for the construction of ski areas. The practical part analyzes the data of realized projects. It also determines the interrelationships of particular construction costs and sets general indicators.
The Influence of Individual Factors on the Selling Price of Real Estate in Selected Localities

The work is focused on changing the price while including criteria that are a priority for people who plan to buy an apartment. The main intention was to find out how the price will change compared to the analysis carried out in the bachelor's thesis, where the price was determined only according to dispositions. The work is therefore focused on four localities, which are the cities of Olomouc, Zlín, Liberec and Hradec Králové. Two on the territory of Moravia and two on the territory of Bohemia. The entire work is divided into 8 parts. The first 5 parts include the theoretical part. In the first part, basic concepts are discussed in detail. In the second real estate valuation. In the third, basic activities and subjects of the real estate market. The fourth segments of the real estate market and the fifth briefly the relationship with the financial sector. The others then represent the practical part, where the solved localities are presented in detail in the sixth chapter. In the seventh is a marketing survey and in the eighth is the aforementioned analysis of the real estate market itself.
Development of the Price of Water and Sewer in the Czech Republic

This article is about problems with prices of water and sewer for last ten years. This research is not only focused on the entire Czech Republic but also on individual regions of our country. Investigation is strictly based on data collection, and all of them were taken from internet served eAGRI.cz. Most of content is aimed to report prices of water and sewer for last ten years (2010-2019). First of all, analyse average prices of water and sewer of all of the Czech Republic and then for separate districts. For this investigation is chosen horizontal analysis method. At the end of research we can clearly see, that prices of water and sewer are constantly growing, and we can expect this tendency to continue.

Žabková, T. Sharing economy and the tourism industry. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. Sharing economy is a relatively new, dynamically developing sector. Over the ten years of its operation, it has obtained the favour of millions of people around the world. The Airbnb Internet portal, which offers the sharing of living spaces and denotes its rapid expansion, is one of the main representatives of the sharing economy. The aim of the work is therefore to find out if Airbnb has an impact on the hotel industry, specifically in the Slovak Republic. The first part which relates to theoretical backgrounds familiarizes the reader about the sharing economy and Airbnb. In the second, analytical part is carried out a descriptive analysis of Airbnb and the hotel industry in Slovakia. Subsequently, individual hypotheses related to the influence of Airbnb on the Slovak hotel industry are analyzed by panel data analysis. In the discussion, the obtained results are further commented on and the potential future development of Airbnb in the state is sketched at the end.

Resume The goal of this bachelors thesis was evaluation of availability of selected horticultural bio-products in stores in the Czech Republic. The reasearch had been conducted in three supermarkets, in one farmer shop and in two stores, that specialize in natural product. It has been evaluated, which organic products are most represented in our markets, as they move their average prices in several business units, from which countries most often come, and which company is the most involved in the import or cultivation.
Analysis of the impact of economic variables on the timber price

The thesis deals with the association between the average timber price and selected economic variables. It describes the main topics of timber-trade and its price development. It examines the impact of inflation on the real value of timber and the changes in its average price. Using regression analysis it determines the variables that affect the average price. It also analyses how the rate of various product lines impacts the average price of timber. It turns out that the real price of wood is decreasing in the long-term perspective. There is a significant increase on price of firewood. The most significant impact on the price is caused by the ratio of exports to the total amount of timber. With increase of one percentage point, the average price increases of 19.56 CZK per m3.
Analysis of the development of hotel business in the Czech Republic and neighboring countries and the impact of financial crisis in this area

Hotel businesses in Czech republic has changed dramatically in last 20 years. Therefore, it is interesting to follow its development and see the most influential aspects in this area. However, so far there are none publicly available studies of Czech hotel industry development. The aim of this thesis is to explore the various phases the industry went through and point out those factors which influenced the current situation the most. First of all, the analysis of the development in Czech republic is presented. Consequently, the comparison to the neighbor states is discussed to show relatively how well or bad the business was evolving. The thesis is based on statistical models created with the software STATGRAPHICS and Excel. The gained results show that one of the main reasons of the current downfall is the ever higher market supply. On the other hand, the always blamed economical crises, proved to have lesser influence upon the downfall than originally expected. Finally, the thesis states the reasons of the decreasing occupancy and proposes an increase in the quality of service as a possible solution.
